Hesperia: Car Slams Into Smoke Shop As Burglary Suspects Flee The Scene Overnight

On Sunday, December 8th, at approximately 4:15 AM, subjects in 2 separate vehicles arrived at the Puff N Pass Smoke Shop located on the 13300 Block of Ranchero Rd. in the City of Hesperia.

One of the vehicles on the property, a Kia Optima, was backed into the front doors of the property, shattering the entrance and allowing access to the property.

The Kia Optima used to force entry was left at the scene by the suspects, as “It appears the vehicle became disabled, and the vehicle was left behind while both drivers fled in the second vehicle” said a Sheriff’s Spokesperson.

It has not been confirmed if the Kia on scene was stolen, nor if any merchandise or currency was stolen. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be provided when made available.
